I am very excited to have one of my photographs in a group show called "Beyond the Lens" at the Tubac Center of the Arts in Arizona. http://www.tubacarts.org/ The opening is this Friday, and the show will be up until April 29th!

One fun event I photographed recently for Team Photogenic was the Season Preview Party for the 5th Avenue Theater.  It featured some of their performers and was held at the Fairmont Olympic - beautiful! Here are some pictures….

Club Photo!

Last week I began volunteering for Club Photo, a program run through Photo Center NW.  The program works with immigrant kids at the World School on Capitol Hill.  Most of the kids are fairly new immigrants to the USA, and come from Vietnam, Mexico, Somalia, and Erutrea.  They are trying hard to learn English, and Club Photo is the only art class available to them.  We will be teaching them about photography in general and will also be working in the darkroom with them later in the semester.  They seem to be a lively group, and I'm looking forward to it

The Essential Baking Company Cafe in Wallingford http://essentialbaking.com/cafes/wallingford-cafe/ recently bought two of my images for their newly remodeled restrooms!  They are two pictures from Europe:  The one below is from Cafe de Flore in Paris.

 

And the other picture is of a display at Liberty of London:
